📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 7–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.

Support requirement prioritization, UAT, and solution implementation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:
Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Expertise in creating functional documentation and process mapping.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools is preferred.
